With a background in software engineering, Luc has deep expertise in data cataloging, analytics, and data lake architectures. A passionate entrepreneur, Luc has founded a multiple companies specializing in IT consulting, Xebia, Thiga, WeScale, UX Republic, Cellenza, Texei, Hymaïa, and software, XebiaLabs, in Europe and the U.S. He credits his success to giving equity to highly involved employees, delegating to smart people, embracing change in a fast-moving world, and communicating transparently.
