Don Murray is a Canadian entrepreneur and one of the founders of Safe Software, a leading provider of data integration software. In 1993, Don co-founded Safe Software with Dale Lutz. They saw a need for better data integration software, and set out to build it themselves.
Don and Dale led the development of the company’s flagship product, FME (Feature Manipulation Engine), which has become an industry standard for data integration and transformation.
Under their leadership Safe Software has grown to become a global company with over 250 employees and tens of thousands of customers in a wide range of industries, including government, utilities, transportation, and more. The company has received numerous awards for its innovative technology and workplace culture.
