Arif is a Senior Data & AI Evangelist at Denodo Technologies, the leader in Data Fabric technology, with over 20 years of experience in Data & AI consulting. Based in Calgary, Arif has a proven track record of helping organizations across industries—including Oil & Gas and Utilities—extract value from their data assets and drive business outcomes through innovative data solutions. In this role, he works closely with various organizations to modernize and optimize their data architectures leveraging Denodo’s advanced Data Fabric capabilities.
Before joining Denodo, Arif founded and led SimplicityBI, a local Calgary-based Data Management consultancy. Under his leadership, SimplicityBI successfully delivered tailored solutions to complex data challenges faced by major clients across North America, before being acquired by BDO Canada.
Arif holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Ottawa and is passionate about advancing digital transformation through data-driven strategies and cutting-edge technologies.
